Nicholas D'Aquilla
Principal + Attorney
Nicholas D'Aquilla has more than a decade of experience in mass tort litigation and settlement management, providing an array of operational, consulting, and client success services to global companies involved in administering more than $20 billion in mass tort settlements. His unique blend of expertise extends to solution design and oversight in more than 40 complex litigations, including toxic torts, pharmaceutical, medical device, and sexual assault and abuse matters.
Nicholas has earned recognition as a healthcare lien resolution expert, dealing adeptly with Medicare, Medicaid, and private health insurance liens. He's a trusted advisor to banking and financial services companies in the complex settlement industry, helping settlement stakeholders streamline payment processes and resolve payment complications created by probate, bankruptcy, and lien considerations. Nicholas also works closely with court appointed neutrals to provide solution design advisory services and back-office administrative support.
Previously, Nicholas served as a civil defense litigator for the Louisiana Department of Justice. His leadership in cases involving personal injury, contract disputes, and subrogation matters highlights his diverse experience navigating complex legal challenges.
